MyEnglishPilot is an internal test platform: IELTS is in a private beta, and PTE and Learn English are internal alphas open to invited accounts only. A contact channel has not been configured yet, so there is currently no address or form to reach the team through this site. When one is set up, it will be listed on this page.
Things you can do yourself
- Your data: in Settings, under “Your data and privacy”, you can download your data, sign out other devices and delete your account.
- A Writing report: reopen it from your Writing history and choose “Delete this report”.
- Your Teacher’s notes: use “Reset my teacher profile” in Settings.
- A recording that could not be used: record a new answer. The unusable recording has already been deleted.
Official IELTS and PTE results
MyEnglishPilot is not affiliated with the official IELTS partners or with Pearson, and cannot help with official test bookings, results or certificates. For those, contact your official IELTS or PTE test centre.
